Below, we explain the process for the Issuance of Diplomas. You will find the steps to follow and the timeframes for each stage of the process: 

STEP 1. NOTIFICATION OF COMPLETION TO THE DIPLOMAS DEPARTMENT 

The teaching department will notify the diplomas department about the completion of your studies. 

After receiving this notification, the diplomas department will send you a completion email. 

STEP 2. COMPLETION EMAIL TO THE STUDENT 

If this is the first program you have completed at ENEB and you have never confirmed your details on the campus, you will receive an email within approximately one week after completion. This email will provide a step-by-step guide to confirm your details in the virtual campus. Remember to check your SPAM folder in case the email ends up there. If you do not receive it within the specified timeframe, please contact the diplomas department at diplomas@eneb.com so they can review your case. 

Once you have received the completion email, follow these steps: 

  1. Log in to your virtual campus using your access credentials. 
  2. Once logged in, you will see a form with your academic record details at ENEB. Please confirm or update your details in this form. Keep in mind that the information you provide will appear on your diploma. 
  3. Save the changes after confirming or updating the information. 

It is essential to provide your details correctly, as these will appear in your academic record and digital diplomas. 

Any subsequent modification of personal data after the issuance of the diplomas will incur an academic fee (€39) for each certificate you wish to modify. 

STEP 3. DELIVERY OF DIPLOMAS 

Once you have confirmed your details, you will receive an email granting access to your download area. To enter, you must use your student ID, which can be found in the “Record Details” section within the virtual campus.  

 

If you do not receive your digital diplomas within 90 days, you can contact us directly at the diplomas department: diplomas@eneb.com  

STUDENTS WITH ACCESS TO THEIR DOWNLOAD AREA 

For students who already have access to their download area and have completed a new program, you will receive an email within approximately five days after completion, notifying you that your new diploma is ready and updating your download area.
